    2. Cancellation Policy

    • Once the team reaches the location or service starts, cancellation is not possible.

    3. Refund Eligibility

    Refunds may be provided if:

    • Payment is completed but service cannot be provided.
    • Duplicate payment is made.
    • Booking is cancelled before service starts as per policy.
